The glass cloches were designed and hand-blown by Grigory Zilber, a partner at the Speculo studio in Caesarea. Their handles resemble blocks of ice—crafted using a technique in which chunks of hot glass are formed and fractured while cold. The cloches themselves were then blown and the ice-like glass pieces were fused to them.
