Every item in our collection is meticulously handmade, crafted, and painted with utmost care, ensuring that each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Please note that made-to-order items require a creation process, and therefore, they take approximately 3-5 weeks before they are ready for delivery. The delivery time may vary based on the existing order volume at the time of purchase. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Return Policy

At Adi Nissani, we strive to provide you with exceptional products and ensure your utmost satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • Off the shelf items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package.
    • Please note that this policy does not apply to bundles, one-of-a-kind items, sale items, or any made-to-order products. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package.
    • We kindly request that you provide us with your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.
  3. Condition of Returned Items:
    • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item(s) do not meet the above criteria.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
  6. Exchanges:
    • As mentioned earlier, exchanges are not available for bundles, one-of-a-kind items, sale items, or any made-to-order products.
